The missing gap of music education
We train musicians' hands,
but rarely their minds.
Many music students meet stage nerves, tension and pain during their studies. Yet most institutions offer no structured support for it, leaving musicians to cope alone, often for the rest of their careers.
This work starts with the body: breath, posture and tension first, then attention. Students leave every session with tools they can use in their next lesson, jury or concert.
Coaching for musicians who want to overcome performance anxiety, deepen their practice, and build lasting inner calm.
