About manuel

A musician who learned the hard way in.

Manuel is a classical guitarist, certified meditation teacher, and CranioSacral Therapist. He has played since age five and performed scared for most of that time.

In 2022, a family accident cracked something open: he realised the tools he needed as a person were identical to those he needed as a musician.
That's when The Centered Musician was born.

my approach

Three threads,
one practice.

Nothing I teach is abstract. Each thread is a doorway back into the body and the breath: the place where music actually lives.

Mindfulness

Present-moment awareness during practice and performance: learning to notice the mind without being swept away by it.

Somatic work

Body-based techniques to locate and release physical tension held in the breath, the shoulders, the hands, and the jaw.

Breathwork

Nervous system regulation through conscious breathing: the most direct lever you have over how you feel on stage.

What musicians say

Musicians who found their quiet.

"I used to dread every concert for weeks beforehand. Now I have a routine I trust. The nerves are still there, but they no longer run the show.

Chiara S. — Professional cellist

"Manuel gave me language for things I had felt for years but never knew how to name. My practice has a depth now it never had before."

Sofia L. — Cellist, Conservatory graduate

"The somatic work changed my playing more than any technical lesson I have ever taken. I finally feel at home in my body when I perform."

Daniel K. — Orchestral percussionist

"I came for help with auditions and left with a daily practice that has quietly reshaped how I relate to my instrument and to myself."

Anna W. — Flautist and teacher
